We offer independent closeout services – even if you use a different general contractor. Healy makes your transition to operations seamless by providing:

• Complete mall management punch list
• Verification statements from district manager and store manager
• Final Lease documents
• Warranty information
• Final Lien Waivers
• Documentation to retrieve tenant allowances
• Value engineering recommendations for future projects
