This 8,251 sq ft project is part of the conversion of the Grand Avenue Mall to The Avenue. The Avenue (previously known as The Grand Avenue, The Shops of Grand Avenue and Shops of Grand Avenue) is an urban shopping plaza currently under renovation that spans three city blocks in the downtown neighborhood of Westown in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at 275 W. Wisconsin Avenue.
The company operates the eponymous “Foot Locker” chain of athletic footwear retail outlets (along with “Kids Foot Locker” & “Lady Foot Locker” stores) also including Champs Sports, Footaction USA, House of Hoops, & Eastbay/Footlocker.com They have 3,363 primarily mall-based stores in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. Nearly 70% of its product is from Nike.
Healy Construction Services Inc. partnered with Sargenti Architects and Foot Locker to complete this project.
