1,100 ft2 Tenant Build-Out
Water Tower Place, Chicago Illinois
This project was a complete interior build-out of the tenant’s Alex and Ani 5th level space at Water Tower Place mall. Water Tower Place is a Chicago landmark on the Magnificent Mile and renowned for its vast selection of over 100 stores.
It’s always a challenge to work in a vertical mall to stand and deliver the final product to the expectations of client as well as the landlord and that is what Healy Construction is known for.
This store’s build out included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, floors, ceilings along with fixtures and storefront glazing.
This is the 8th Alex and Ani store in the Chicago land area and the first built by Healy Construction.
