120,000 ft2 Ground Up Project
Traverse City, Michigan
Blain’s Farm & Fleet of Traverse City is the company’s first ground up location in Michigan and consists of a 100,000 plus square foot building on 18 acres of property located on the corner of US-31 and Rennie School Road.
The new full-service store also includes a state-of-the-art automotive center and a full drive-thru area which allows customers to make purchases without even leaving their vehicle.
Scope of work: Site Grading, Site Utilities, Earthwork, Asphalt, Concrete, Paving, Water Management, Pre-Fabricated Steel, Pre-Cast Concrete, Bathrooms, Plumbing, Millwork, Fixtures, Mechanical, Electrical, Life Safety and Site Restoration and Landscaping.
This was a collaborative project, primarily featuring these roles:

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is a regional chain of 41 retail stores in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa and Michigan. The stores sell tires, agricultural supplies and equipment, hunting and fishing equipment and licenses, kitchen appliances, housewares, automotive goods, men’s & women’s clothing, household hardware, lawn and garden supplies, outdoor power tools, pumps and generators, paint, pet supplies, candy, sporting goods, tools and toys.
