Tenant Improvement (Outdoor Mall)

Champs Sports new 20,000 sq. ft flagship store is located within the premier outdoor shopping experience of Oakbrook Center at 100 Oakbrook Center, Space #500.
This two-story tenant fit-out with escalators & elevators was completed over the course of 12 weeks and features Champs Sports Women’s, Men’s, and Kid’s brands as well as the addition of Eastbay athletics. Construction included custom mural painting, drywall ceiling, interior glass vestibules, air curtain heaters at all doorways, exterior tile work, a gravity “shoe chute” conveyer with structural support, and an “activate the space” LED projector wall system.
Healy Construction Services Inc. performed as the General Contractor alongside Tricarico Architecture & Design Architects and Champs Sports to complete this project.
