10,000 ft2 Open Store Remodel

Our newest Famous Footwear open store remodel included the transformation of an existing 10,000 sq ft finished retail building in Madison, Wisconsin.
This three week project included demolition, drywall, flooring, electrical, glazing, acoustical, carpentry, painting and fixture installation.
Work was performed at night so focusing on dust control and coordination with store operations to have the store ready for the next day’s sales was critical.
Healy Construction Services Inc. is proud to have partnered with Famous Footwear and ArcVision Incorporated as the Architect on the remodel of this store located at 4725 E. Towne Boulevard.
