H&M’s new 20,000 sq. ft store features an updated modern design with a large open floorplan. This is their 7th Tennessee store and is located at The Avenue Murfreesboro Shopping Center at 2615 Medical Center Pkwy Ste 1340, joining currently open stores in Chattanooga, Collierville, Franklin, Memphis and Nashville.
Healy Construction Services performed as the General Contractor working alongside Taylor Associates Architects, Thorsen Baker + Associates, and H&M – Hennes & Mauritz.
This store was completed over the course of 9 weeks and trades included Carpentry, Drywall, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Painting, Roofing, Concrete, Flooring, and Fire Protection.
H&M Murfreesboro is a one-stop shopping destination for the whole family, with collections for ladies, men, teens, newborns to fourteen-year old’s, along with a separate “store within a store” dedicated solely to accessories.
Founded in 1947 and operating over 5,000 stores in 74 countries, H&M Group is a Swedish multinational clothing retailer known for its fashion focused clothing for men, women, teens & kids.
