Open store phased remodel project for Kroger located at 2550 Lake Circle Drive in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Scope of work included the interior remodel of a 69,000 sq ft location completed in 3 phases (nightwork). This included refreshes to the Exterior Facade, Produce, Meat/Seafood, Deli, Bakery, Dairy/Frozen, Pharmacy, Customer Service, Floral, Beer/Wine, Restroom, Manager’s Office, Breakroom, & Cart/Storefront Areas.
Healy Construction performed as the General Contractor working alongside CR Architect & Design as the Architect. Construction began in mid-July and completed mid-September of 2021.
