1,350 ft2 Tenant Fit – Out

This new retail store is located in the Lowe’s Shopping Center at 15627 S. LaGrange Road in Orland Park, Illinois. The design of each and every Red Wing store is unique so building plans and code requirements vary for each store.
Project consisted of an interior remodel of approximately 1,350 sq. ft within an existing “as is” space. Scope of work included demo, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, fixture installation, drywall, doors/frames, thin brick, polished concrete, painting, fire alarm, and sprinklers.
